McMinville resident and Grundy County native Lucille Argo Lusk, 88 was born May 30, 1924 and died Jan. 26 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness.

A retired employee of McMinnville Garment Company and member of White Chapel Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Murray Bedford and Mary Maude (Hobbs) Argo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Velma Starkey and Irene Argo, and three brothers, Jess, Luke and Herman Argo.

She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Teresa and Jim London of Thompson Station, Treva Goodwin of Nashville, and Teera Walker of Jacksonville, Fla.; five grandchildren, Trina (David) Des Forges of Mt. Juliet, Tyra (Mark) Tutor and Jessica (Matt) Matkin, both of Florida, Elisha (Barry) Pressly of Georgia, and Twan Majors of McMinnville; 11 great-grandchildren, Tessa, Treeah, Chloe, Thea, Rily, Tai, Zoe, Ginger, Kitt, Noah and Joshua; sister, Sylvia Kelley of the Irving College community and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service was held Tuesday at High's Chapel with Norman Pelham officiating. Burial followed at Hebron Cemetery.

High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
