Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at the Hebron Church of Christ by Bro. E.D. Martin and burial was in the Hebron cemetery.
The 7th district farmer was born in Grundy county April 10, 1884, the son of Joseph and Lela Hobbs Argo, and came to Warren county several years ago. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, the former Maude Hobbs, 3 sons, Jesse, Herman and Luke Argo, 4 daughters, Mrs. J.P. Stubblefield, Miss Irene Argo, Mrs. Arnie Lusk and Mrs. Charles Kelley, all of Warren county; 1 sister, Mrs. Amos Fults, Grundy county, and 5 brothers, Frank, Fred and Harry Argo of Grundy county, and Horace and Tom Argo of Warren County.
High Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
