After Richard died in 1741 she married secondly Simon Hadley. She was a Quaker minister who returned to Bradford Meeting after Simon's death in 1756.
Phebe's will dated 2 Sep 1767, proved 7 Mar 1769, was written at West Bradford, Chester, PA.
