Ann Enah Munshower was born November 21, 1836, in Frederick County, Maryland, the daughter of Jacob and Elizabeth Munshower. On December 16, 1856, at the age of 20, she married Elias Frederick Valentine, son of William and Lydia Mehring Valentine. A little over a year after their marriage, and apparently having no children, Ann passed away on March 23, 1858, in Rocky Ridge, Frederick County, and was buried in Mt. Tabor Church Cemetery there.
