Frances Duncan Chandler moved to Atlanta, Ga with her family when she was 3 years old. Her mother died when she was only a few weeks old but she was raised by her brothers, sisters, and father. She married her high school sweetheart, Flynn Chandler. Both were from Lakewood Heights in Atlanta, Ga. Flynn served in the Pacific during WWII. They later had two daughters, Sandra Lee and Carole Diane. Carole was killed in an accident at Campbellton Plaza in a fall from an Octopus Ride in 1960. They lived happily together for over 61 years and were wonderful parents. Frances survived Flynn by 7 sad years. Her greatest goals were to be a good wife and a good mother. She exceeded all expectations for Flynn. He loved her more than anything. She was also a very good mother who is missed very much by her firstborn.
