Deceased Name: Robert H. "Roby" Buuck Hoagland - 1916-2002
Robert H. "Roby" Buuck, 86, of Hoagland, a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Bingen, died Thursday, May 9, 2002, at Woodcrest Nursing Center. The Adams County native was retired from Rea Magnet Wire after 38 years of service. He was a member of the Hoagland Area Advancement Association and had served with the Hoagland Volunteer Fire Department. Surviving are his wife, Geraldine M.; a son, Kenneth W. of Hoagland; a daughter, Colleen K. Fuhrmann of Decatur; a brother, Fred of New Haven; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers. Services are 11 a.m. Monday at St. John Lutheran Church, Bingen, with calling one hour before the service. Calling also is from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, 520 N. Second. St., Decatur. Burial is at St. John Lutheran Church Cemetery, Bingen.
