He was born June 1, 1937, in Mora, N.M.
Mr. Gonzales was a barber.
He married Catherine Duran on June 11, 1960, in Cheyenne.
He was in the Air Force.
He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars No. 1881 and American Legion Post 6.
Mr. Gonzales is survived by three sons, Patrick Gonzales, Bill Gonzales of Cheyenne and David Gonzales of Centennial, Colo.; a daughter, Theresa Zuniga of Cheyenne; two brothers, Procopio Gonzales of Las Vegas and Tom Gonzales of Cheyenne; four sisters, Louise Maloof and Celia Garcia, both of Roswell, N.M., Mary Candelaria and Sophie Jacoby, both of Cheyenne; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
