John Dzivi of Belt Dies After Long Illness
John Dzivi, 69, of Belt, died in this city Tuesday after an illness of five years. He was born in Czechoslovakia and came to Montana in 1885. He worked in the mines at Belt from 1913 to 1920, then moved to a farm.
Survivors include four sons, Joe of Kalispell, Steve, Tony and Martin of Belt, and a daughter, Anna Dzivi of Belt.
He was a member of the First Catholic union lodge No. 296 of Stockett.
