Catherine Faust Killian Uglow, 82, formerly of Fayetteville, died Friday,
December 22, 2006, at the Shippensburg Health Care Center. Born May 3, 1924, she
was a daughter of the late Allen Floyd and Mabel Faust Killian.
She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, Fayetteville. A typist at
Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, she retired after 22 years of employment.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of
52 years, Albert Uglow, who died on September 12, 2002; and four brothers,
Frank, Donald, Robert and Charles Killian; and a sister, Jean Rebok.
She is survived by a son, Dennis K. (husband of Luann V.) Uglow of Fayetteville;
two grandsons, Dennis Keith Uglow, Jr., and Christopher Uglow; and three
great-grandchildren, Darrien, Brianna and Brittany Uglow. A sister, Ruth Shoap
of Martinsburg, Pa., survives her, as well as nephews and nieces.
A graveside memorial service will be conducted by Pastor Thomas L. Willis at
3218 Philadelphia Avenue (Route 11 North), Chambersburg, Pa., on Saturday,
December 30, 2006, at 11 a.m.
