Suzie Moeller

Suzie Moeller was born July 1, 1913 at Panora, Iowa to Lloyd and Nora O'Neal Stotts. She graduated from North High School in Des Moines.

Susie married Lloyd Hooker and they moved to the Okoboji area. After Lloyd's death, she married Joe Claer. Joe died in 1964. In 1966 she was married to Myron Moeller who died in 2002. After Myron's retirement, they traveled extensively and spent their winters in Largo, Florida. Suzie was a member of Union Memorial Church, the PEO, was an avid collector of plates and enjoyed bowling and golf.

She died on February 10, at Milford Nursing Center where she had been a resident since 2002.

Surviving are her sister, Marilyn Gates, Clear Water, FL; niece, Sharon Larson and her husband, Carl; nephews, Jerry Wooldridge and his wife, Donna, Lloyd Wooldridge and his wife, Connie, Bob Wooldridge and his wife, Karen, Sheila Woodridge, Robert Gates, James Gates, Thomas Gates and Daniel Gates; step-sons, Gary and Lynne Moeller, Milford and James and Mary Ella Moeller, East Hamton, NY, and three grandchildren, Mary Beth Lundborg and her husband Walfrid Gustav III and their daughter, Ava, Quiogue, NY, Michael Moeller and his special friend, Holly Findlater, Milford and Mary Moeller of Minneapolis.

Suzie was preceded in death by her three husbands, Lloyd Hooker (1933-1959), Joe Clear (1962-1964) and Myron Moeller (1966-2002), sister, Emma Wooldridge and nephew, Mike Wooldridge.
