Winchester, Tenn., Sept. 20 -- (Spe-
cial) -- Jasper Clinton Johnson, 73,
died Monday evening at his home
in Huntland following a short ill-
ness.
Funeral services were to be con-
ducted at the Mt. Carmel Church
near Huntland at 2:30 o'clock this
afternoon with burial in Mt. Carmel
Cemetery. The Rev. P. A. Kirby of
Morrison was to officiate.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs.
Nannie Motlow Johnson; two sons,
W. R. Johnson of Elora and James
Dudley Johnson of Miami, Fla.; one
sister, Mrs. Corona Motlow of Birm-
ingham, Ala.; six grandchildren,
and one great grandchild.
