She was born Feb. 20, 1928, in Reidsburgh, a daughter of the late Ellwood Parsons and Mary Klingensmith Parsons-Lerch.
She was married to N. Dale Haugh June 21, 1946, in Reidsburgh. He survives.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Roseville Church of Christ. She served on the Union Township Election Board for over 38 years. She was a member of the Roseville Homemakers, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 204 Ladies Auxiliary of Brookville, and the Brookville Senior Citizens.
She is also survived by two sons, Leonard D. Haugh of Brookville and Lawrence B. Haugh of Brookville; two sisters Mary Ellen (James) Bowser of Baden and Violet Eng of San Antonio, Texas; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Haugh; a son, Lewis Ellwood Haugh; a brother, Cecil Parsons.
Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the McKinney Funeral Home in Brookville. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Roseville Church of Christ with the Rev. John Kerr officiating. Burial will be in Roseville Bethel Cemetery in Union Township.
