The deceased, Mrs. Marie Albers, nee Topel, was born in Prussia in 1863, consequently she was about 25 years of age at the time of her death. She arrived in Bozeman about three years ago and was married to Fritz Albers Nov 21, 1886.
She leaves two small children, one an infant only a week old. Her father, three brothers and 4 sisters reside in Bozeman.
Mrs. Albers was in all respects an excellent and exemplary woman. She was not only remarkably industrious, neat and tasteful in all her habits, domestic duties and social intercourse, but she was a devoted wife, a fond and affectionate mother, a kindhearted and most agreeable neighbor. Her bereaved and deeply affected husband and the motherless children have the heartfelt sympathy of the entire neighborhood.
