Mrs. Barbara Frolik, 81, passed away Tuesday at the home of her son, Anton Frolik, Rt. 4, city. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Lourdes church at Dobie with the Reb. Joseph Mayou officiating. Burial will be in the family lot at the Dobie cemetery. J.P. Schneider and Sons have charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Frolik was born in Bohemia, in June 1869. She lived in Manitowoc County and was married there to Frank Frolik. The couple came to Barron county 43 years ago and settled on a farm at Dobie.
Surviving are four sons, Frank, Joseph, Anton, and Louise, all of Rt. 4, Rice Lake; five daughters, Mrs. Emil (Mary) Wilda, Woodyard, Montana; Mrs. Joseph (Elizabeth) Dvorak, Brill; Mrs. Joseph (Anna) Schliess, Rt. 2, Rice Lake; Mrs. John (Barbara) Stefl, Hingham, Montana; Mrs. James (Julia) Van Helden, Rt. 4, Rice Lake. 32 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildrfen, and one great-great grandchild, and two brothers, George and Joseph, Marshfield. Mr. Frolik died in 1922, and one son died in 1916
