Whereas, Morris Coovert late of Cranberry Township, Butler County now deceased Shortly before his death did make and Execute a certain instrument of writing which he intended as his last will and testament which instrument owing to some informality in the execution cannot be established as the last will of the said Morris and whereas we the undersigned the heirs and children of the said Morris Coovert being anxious and desirous that the will of our father in the disposition of his estate should be preserved have thought proper and do intend by this instrument of writing so far as we have power to carry the same into effect....my beloved wife Anny Coovert all my movable property and household property and household furniture and the rents issued and profits of the farm....my daughter Margart....Josiah....my son Isaac....father-in-law John Cooverts estate late of Northumbnerland County....my son John....my son Samuel Coovert....my son Philip....my son Morris....my son Daniel....my son Benjamin....my daughter Priscilla....my daughter Anny....
