Funeral services for Mrs. Ludie Gough Streetman, age 52, of Clarks, who died in a Monroe hospital on Friday, May 9, at 4:35 a.m. were held at the Old Bethel church Sunday 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Falcoln Hearne of Olla in charge. Interment was made in the Old Bethel cemetery under the direction of the Riser Funeral Home, Columbia.

Mrs. Streetman was born and reared in the ward 6 community being the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Gough. From ward 6 she moved to Standard where she and her husband resided a number of years, later moving to Clarks.

She is survived by her father, Mr. W. H. Gough of ward 6; three sisters, Mrs. H. C. Taylor, of Olla, Mrs. V. C. Brannan [sic Branan] of Houston, Texas; and Miss Lessie Belle Gough of ward 6, who is a member of the Kelly High School faculty; and two brothers, Godfrey Gough of Urania and Lecky Gough of ward 6.

Also surviving are her husband, George Streetman of Clarks; and three daughters, Mrs. Quincy Lizenby of Standard; Mrs. Lloyd Weston of Tulsa, Okla., and Miss Odessa Streetman of Coronada, Calif.

A large number of friends were present for the funeral to pay their last respect for their departed friend and relative.
