Lynn was born in Coshocton, OH, and resided in Edison for the past 21 years. Lynn worked for Dr. Leonard's Healthcare Corp. in Edison. A faithful member of First Baptist Church in Metuchen, she frequently volunteered her time serving in various ministries there. Her biggest joy was her family.
She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Hamilton "Scotty" Paton; her sister, Carol Newton of FL; her daughters, Jill and her husband Scott Timmerman of Piscataway, and Amy and her husband Frank Godwin of Sinking Springs, PA; and her grandchildren, Kristi, Kyle, Jennifer, Zachary and Rebecca.
Lynn's family adores her and cherishes their brief time together. We look forward to spending eternity with her.
Visitation is Friday from 9:30-10 a.m. at The First Baptist Church of Metuchen, 225 Middlesex Ave, Metuchen, immediately followed by a 10 a.m. Memorial Service.
Interment is at Hillside Cemetery in Metuchen.
Viewing is Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Costello-Runyon Funeral Home (costello-runyon.com), 568 Middlesex Ave, Metuchen and Friday from 9:30-10 a.m. at the church.
