Lucy Ellen Schaub, nee Herlan
Mrs. Lucy L. Schaub of East Sparta died 16 days after her husband, George Schaub. The couple had been married 68 years. Each was 91. She had been partially crippled since breaking her hip 11 years ago. Born near Woodsfield, she had resided here 46 years.
Surviving, in addition to her daughter, Mrs. David Latta, are two sons, Homer C. Schaub of East Sparta and Wesley W. Schaub of Canton; eight grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
