Miriam Cleveland, the second daughter and fifth child of Moses and Ann (Winn) Cleveland, born in Woburn, MA July 10, 1659, married in Charlestown, MA Dec. 13, 1683, Thomas Foskett, son of John and Elizabeth Foskett. All that is learned of this family would show that John Foskett, of Charleston, 1658, was a householder, 1678. Elizabeth, his wife, was admitted to the Church, April 6, 1673, and two weeks thereafter, April 20th, their children, six in number John, Thomas, Joshua, Robert, Elizabeth, and Mary were all baptized; son Jonathan, bap. Nov. 1, 1674, and daughter Abigail, June 6, 1680. The children of
Thomas and Miriam (Cleveland) Foskett, as appearing on the V/oburn records, are three, namely:
1. Thomas, born April 26, 1684; died .
2. Elizabeth, born May 10, 1686.
3. John,3 born May 8, 1688; died July 11, 1689.
The date and place of death of Miriam, or her husband, or anything further concerning the family, has not been ascertained.
