Mr. Wagner was born September 20, 1925 in Bonaparte, Iowa, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wagner. He retired from the Army after 22 years and was a veteran of World War II and the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He worked for Paul Bush Builders as a maintenance man and was a Baptist. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
