The funeral will be 11 AM Tuesday at East Side Baptist Church, with burial in Andersonville National Cemetery. Mr. Wagner was born September 20, 1925 in Bonaparte, Iowa, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wagner. He retired from the Army after 22 years and was a veteran of World War II and the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He worked for Paul Bush Builders as a maintenance man and was a Baptist. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
