Her death certificate gives her date of death as 19 February 1902, but then there is this obit, dated a week earlier!

Resulted from Pneumonia After
an Illness of Four
Days.

Pneumonia has claimed another highly respected Bay City lady, Mrs. Albert B. Griswold, and the suddenness with which the disease advanced to a fatal termination has shocked the many friends of the family. Mrs. Griswold was taken ill only on Sunday last. Everything possible was done to check its progress, but to no avail. The dissoultion occurred yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock at the family residence, 710 North Hampton street. Mrs. Griswold us survived by her husband and two daughters. One of the latter was attending Michigan university. A message was sent to her yesterday, and she reached the city last evening. In accordance with the wishes of the deceased and her family, friends are requested to refrain from making floral offrings [sic].

The funeral will take place at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the house.
