Ingri Halvorsdatter married "Resuri" Thorson on June 19, 1863, in Holla Kirke in Holla, Telemark, Norway. Together they had 11 children.

Reijer Torson Odden Striken and Ingri Halvorsdatter immigrated to America in 1868 along with their daughter Thora Reijersdatter, born Nov.26 1863, son Halvor Reijersen, born June 24,1865, and daughter Maren Gurine Reijersdatter, born Oct 19, 1867.

They came on the Sailship "Laurdahl" along with some other friends and relatives.

Ingri was pregnant when they immigrated to America and Kjisten was the first child born in America. The other seven were all born in Lake Johanna Township, Pope county, Minnesota. They were Olena, Hans, Elisa, Alfred, Ole, and Elma.

This information came from the travel manuscript in Norway.
