Born September 6, 1919, in Linn County, MO, she was the daughter of the late Fred Banks and Effie Mae Roberts Banks. On November 14, 1938, she married William Grover Davis who preceded her in death on April 30, 1973. She had lived in Marshall most of her life and was primarily a homemaker but worked a few years at Marshall State School and also operated Westside Grocery Store and B&B Market. She was a member of Restoration Branch RLDS Church and enjoyed flowers and cats.
Survivors include two sons, William Floyd Davis and wife Jean of Marshall and Gerald Grover Davis of Fair Play, MO; two daughters, Judith Ann Martin of Marshall and Deloris Jean Dennis and husband Romaine of West Line, MO; eight grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters
