Lewis S. Rabon, 83, retired farmer of the Pleasant Union section of Horry County died June 14, 1962. Mr. Rabon was born in the Pleasant Union section of Horry County on March 20, 1879, a son of the late Duke and Charity Tyler Rabon. He was a member of the Pleasant Union Baptist Church and had lived and farmed in the Pleasant Union section his entire life. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Margaret Jones Rabon, three daughters Mrs. Addie Rabon Rt. 1 Aynor, Miss Annie Belle Rabon, Miss Charity Lee Rabon, both of Rt. 2 Aynor; five brothers Hal Rabon, Perry Rabon, both of Rt. 3 Loris, Ed Rabon Rt. 2 Aynor, Pearly Rabon, Rt. 3 Loris, Coy Rabon, Rt. 1 Conway; six sisters Mrs. Ceedy Todd, Loris, Mrs. Victoria Alford, Gurley, Mrs. Rose Carroll Rt. 1 Aynor, Mrs. Minnie Cannon, Rt. 4 Conway, Mrs. Mace King, Rt. 3 Aynor, Mrs. Beulah Smith Rt. 1 Georgetown; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
