GOTTFRIED MUNDT
Gottfried Mundt of Newton died on Wednesday of last week in his 83rd year. He was born in Saxony and moved to Newton in 1847, being on of the first settlers of that town. He arrived there about the same time Groelle, Wallich, Yunker, Carl Wernecke and Wm. Schroeder did. He was a man of the highest character and respected by his neighbors.
