CHURCH RITE IS SCHEDULED FOR RESIDENT

Mrs. Pearl B. Lawrence, 76, Route 2, died at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday at Rolling Meadows. She had been I failing health for several years.

She was born Dec. 16, 1892, in Jefferson County, a daughter of Easton and Lily Hatch Higbie. She was married to Hugh R. Lawrence on Sept. 12, 1922, at Plymouth Congregational Church, Fond du Lac.

They lived in the Town of Fond du Lac since their marriage. She was a member of Plymouth Congregational Church, and was formerly very active in the Women's Fellowship.

Surviving are her widower; three daughters, Mrs. Gerald Olson of Watertown, Mrs. Raymond Muthig of Route 2 and Mrs. Theodore Doud of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; 22 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Fallon of Paramount, Calif., and Mrs. Hazel Hahn of Hemet, Calif.; three brothers, George Higbie of West Allis; Ray Higbie of Los Angeles, Calif., and Ben Higbie of Sullivan, Wis.

Mrs. Lawrence was preceded in death by a daughter, Mrs. Margaret LeFeber in 1958 and six brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Plymouth Congregational Church with the Rev. Frederick C. Stroebel officiating. Burial will be in Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call after 3 pm. Thursday ad until 10 a.m. Friday at Candlish Chapel, and thereafter at the church.
