McCleskey Rites To Be Held Thursday
Final rites for Leonard H. McCleskey, 60, will be held today at 2 p.m. at Brown chapel. Rev. T.J. Chitwood will officiate. Interment will follow in City cemetery, Brown directing.
Mr. McCleskey died Wednesday at Bryce Hospital in Tuscaloosa, following an operation. He had been a patient there about 15 years. Prior to that, he lived in Morgan county. The body will lie in state at Brown's until time for services.
Surviving are two brothers, J.H. of Memphis and S.E.; and one half brother, Frank of Lawrence County.
