---Mrs. Elgivia Musick died at her home in the Illinois Bend neighborhood Thursday evening, July 18, 1918, aged eighty-one years, four months and twenty-four days.
---Funeral services were held at the home Saturday at 10:00, conducted by Rev. J.L. Bailey, pastor of the M.E. Church here. Interment was in the La Plata cemetery.

Elgivia Sampson married Burr Musick on May 24, 1857 in Missouri and they had the following children:
