This is Julia Bounds born in Little Rock,Arkansas. Her parents were Ludovica Dormer Bounds (1857-1932) and Susan America Theodosia Cleveland (1861-1896). They were married in Nov of 1880 in Jackson,Arkansas. Her parents immigrated from Arkansas to Bandera,Texas in about 1885. Bandera Texas prides itself as the home of the cowboy. It is located Northwest of San Antonio. The courthouse was built in 1890.

Her last name was spelled various ways...Bownds is one example. Her father Ludovica Dormer was married at least 4 times. This gave Julia 3 stepmoms. She had quite a few brothers and sisters. She was the oldest child of her dad's first marriage to Susan America Theodois Cleveland.
She had the following siblings out of her dads first marriage.:
John Thomas Bownds (1883-1952)
Ocsar C Bownds (1886-1888)
Marlin Deric Bownds(1888-1940)
Maud Elizabeth Bownds(1890-1973)
Effie Pearl Bownds(1892-1973)

In 1906 at the age of 24 she married George Conrad Wentworth in Bandera Texas. She gave birth to 4 children:
Howard Bounds Wentworth (1908-1988)
Elizabeth Wentworth (1911-?)
Mary Sue Wentworth(1914-?)
Grace Wentworth(1916-?).

Her husband went by the name of Con. After Julia's death in 1923 of tubercerlosis her husband was living in Yuma Arizona in 1930 with the two youngest daughters. He was still unmarried. In 1948 her husband died in San Diego,Ca.
Julia's family has some very strong ties to Arkansas.

Julia was from "LD" 's 2nd marriage. His first wife was Mary Jane Bumpas who died 22 January 1879 soon after child birth. There were no other children of that marriage.
