Victor Dee Hatch, 83, passed away Thursday, October 7, 1999, at his home in Springville, Utah. Dee was born March 9, 1916, in Randolph, Utah, a son of Jabez Bradford Hatch and Annie Elulla Putman. He married Barbara Elizabeth Sanford July 17, 1943, in Fort Lewis, Washington. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Dee is survived by his wife, Barbara; two daughters and a son: Vicki (Laird) Walker, of Great Falls, VA; Carolyn (George) Morris, of Springville; Wendell (Charlene) Hatch, of Sandy; Mike Lauritzen (son-in-law), of Mapleton; 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters: Kenneth Hatch of Randolph; Edith Perkins of Farmington; Zelma Lynn of Salt Lake City; Dale Hatch of Randolph. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Lauritzen; three brothers and two sisters: Mildred Thomson, Rulon Hatch, Abbie Telford, Theron Hatch, and Allan Hatch. Burial was October 11, 1999.
