Mrs. Smith, a Borger beautician, died Thursday in Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo. She had been a Borger resident for 20 years.
The Rev. Harvey Bailey, pastor of the Fritch Nazarene Church, will officiate and burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Ed Brown and Sons Funeral Directors.
Survivors include the widower, Bud; a son, Steve, and a daughter, Debbie, all of the home; her mother and stepfather Mr. and Mrs. Scott Vickrey, Modesto, Calif.; two brothers, Arthur Wayne Shupp, Livermore, Calif., and O.R. Patson, Oakland, Calif.

Mrs. Smith died at 9:45 a.m. Thursday in Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.
She had been a resident of Borger for the past 28 years. She was a beautician at Lovely Lady Beauty Salon and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband, Bud Smith; a son, Steve and a daughter, Debbie, both of the home; her mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Scott Vickrey of Modesto, Calif., and two brothers Arthur Wayne Shupp of Livermore, Calif. and O.R. Batson of Oakland, Calif.
