Mrs. Guy (Ferne) Dobson, 77 of RR Cerro Gordo died at 9:55 a.m. Sunday in St. Mary's Hospital. Funeral services will be at 11 am Tuesday in Brintlingers Funeral Home, Cerro Gordo where friends may call after 6 pm. Monday. Burial will be in Cerro Gordo Cemetery.
Mrs. Dobson was born in Milmine, a daughter of Orion and Rilla Fulk Turney. She was a member of Milmine United Church of Christ. She married Guy W. Dobson in Decatur in 1917. Surviving are her husband, son, Wayne of Bement, daughters, Mrs. Eloise Hiser of Oreana, Mrs. Lorraine Albert of Oakley, Mrs. Caroly Yordy of Flannagan, brother, Elmer Turney of Cerro Gordo. Sisters, Mrs. Hazel Miller of Oakley, Mrs. Sara Stutsman and Mrs. Gladys Walt, both of Sun City, Ariz. 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. One daughter preceded her in death.
