A Navy Veteran of World War II, he was a member of Central Valley Fire Department, Woodbury Field and Stream of HIghland MIlls. American Legion Post of Monroe, Disabled American Veterans, Newburgh and Veterans of Foreign Wars, Harriman.
Survivors include his widow; three sons, John W. Sicina, Charles J. Sicina of Rex, Ga., and William M. Sicina at home; a daughter, Laurel S. Ralph of Central Valley; a sister, Beatrice Kocot of Florida and four grandchildren.
Friends may call Wednesday evening at the Smith, Seaman and Quackenbush Funeral Home, Highland Mills. Mass will be Thursday in St. Patrick's Church, Highland Mills.
