Mrs. Virginia Powell, 83, of 206 -15th St. NW, Puyallup, died Thursday. She was born in Ellensburg and had lived in Tacoma for 20 years before moving to Puyallup in 1937. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Puyallup.
She is survived by a son, Major General Kenneth Powell of Sequim; a daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Knox of Seattle; a sister, Mrs. Blossom Deeds of Puyallup; five granddaughters and 11 great grandchildren. Services are announced by the Powers Funeral Home, Puyallup.
