SHEARS - - Mrs. Edna Shears, aged 78, of Freeport, passed away Sunday evening at the Osteopathic Hospital, Grand Rapids. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. George (Frances) Beers of Coopersville; one son, Kenneth of Cedar Springs; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Pearl Yeakey of Hopkins. Mrs. Shears reposes at the Beeler Funeral Home, Middleville, where friends may meet the family Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 and where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m., Rev. William T. Bryde Officiating. Interment Mountain Home Cemetery, Otsego, Mich.

Mrs. Edna Shears of Freeport Dies Sunday
Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Shears, 78, of Freeport, who died Sunday evening at the Osteopathic Hospital in Grand Rapids, were to beheld at 1 p.m. this Wednesday at the Beeler Funeral Home at Middleville with the Rev. William T. Bryde officiating and burial in Mountain Home Cemetery at Otsego.
Mrs. Shears had suffered with pneumonia.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. George (Frances) Beers of Coopersville; a son, Kenneth of Cedar Springs; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Pearl Yeakey of Hopkins.
