James Riddle Sircy was a son of James S. & Martha Frances Jones Sircy. His first marriage was to Sallie D. Kemp on 03 Jan 1900 in Smith County, TN. To them was born Alma Ollie Sircy (Thompson). On 11 Aug 1907, James was united in marriage to Callie Dona Butler, daughter of A.D. & Victoria Sircy Butler. They were the parents of Lillie Mai, Ethel Gray "Boat," Lela M., Vera L., Georgia Bethel, Frances Claudine, and Victoria Athylene Sircy.
