Erminia López, 97, of Chamisal passed away on March 17, 2010. She is preceded in death by her husband, Abedenago, parents, José Inocencio & Beatrice Córdova López, brothers and sisters, Max and David López, Loyda Frésquez and Rosa Abeyta, stepdaughter, Lillian López, grandson, Joey López and great grandson, Joey.
She is survived by her sister, Carlota Roybal of Santa Fe, children, Naomi Romero (Louis) of Las Vegas, NV, José López (Evelyn) of Lower Ojito, Gloria Lovato (Raymond) of Reno, NV, Annabelle Frésquez (Albino of Lower Ojito, Irene Rodríguez (Roger) of Chimayó, stepchildren, Tomasita Ortega of Grants, Celina López of Grants, Erminio López (Andrea) of Chamisal, Kate Casaus (Erminio) of Río Rancho, son-in-law, Nemecio López of Lower Ojito.
She is also survived by grandchildren, Shelby and Robert Romero, Manuel and Michelle López, Dean and Lori Fresquez, Sheila Cantrell, Beverly Rodríguez, Melissa Roque, several step grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and other extended family.
Evening services were held on March 20, 2010 at Rivera Chapel and on March 21, 2010 at the Peñasco Presbyterian Church. Funeral service was held on March 22, 2010 at the Penasco Presbyterian Church.
