Albert Claude Joiner, 39, succumbed Tuesday night at his Hammond home. Last rites were held Thursday from Thomas Funeral Home. Interment was in Oak Grove cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, the former Irene Hope; one daughter, Dorothy Joiner; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Joiner; four brothers, Virgil Joiner of Baton Rouge, Homer Joiner of Hammond, Donald Joiner of San Bernardino, Calif., Curtis Joiner of St. Louis, Mo.; two sisters, Miss Eloise Joiner of Hammond and Mrs. Howard Raborn of Baton Rouge.
