According to her Washington State death record, Lucinda was the daughter of Alden Haskell and Ruth Preston. Lucinda married Marcus M. Burk on July 30th, 1866 in Peshtigo, Marinette Co., Wisconsin.

Mrs. Burke Passes Away.
Mrs. Lucinda Burke, widow of the late M. M. Burke, passed away last Saturday, March 17, 1923, at the age of seventy seven years in Seattle. Mrs. Burke was an old time resident of Kent, going from here to Duvall where she made her home with her daughter. Deceased leaves four children, Mrs. Effie platt and Mrs. A. L. Miller both of Duvall; Mrs. william Weber, of Casper, Wyoming and one son Howard Burke of Casper, Wyoming. Funeral services were held last Monday afternoon at 2 P. M. from the Chittenden chapel, services being conducted by the Ladies of the G. A. R. with Dr. S. S. Sulliger in charge. Interment took place in the Kent cemetery.
