Ford City, July 24 - Mrs. Anna Pella of 924 Seventh Avenue, died Monday, July 23, 1951, at 9:36 p.m. in the Armstrong County Hospital. Death followed a long-time illness. Mrs. Pella would have observed her 75th birthday on Thursday, having been born July 26, 1876, in Solivar, Czecho-Slovakia. She had been a resident of the Ford City community since 1901. Surviving are four sons, John and Emil Pella, Ford City, R.D. 2; Albert Pella, Kelly Station, R.D. 1 and August Pella, Ford City and one daughter, Sister M. Christofora O.S.F., Chicago, Ill., and a number of grandchildren. Mr. Pella died last January 5th. Friends are being received in the Faykosh funeral home. Funeral services will be held Friday at 9 a.m. in Holy Trinity Catholic church with Rev. Matthew Yanoseck in charge. Burial will be made in Holy Trinity cemetery.
