Kiel, Wis—Mrs. Alfred Zillmann, aged 57, well known in this city and vicinity, passed away Friday at her home near Rockville, two miles east of Kiel. She had been ill for one year with a complication of diseases. Deceased, whose name was Miss Louise Anna Theresa Voland was the daughter of the late Frederick and Theodora Voland. She was born February 25, 1874, in Thiensville, Ozaukee County, where she grew to womanhood. In 1882 she moved with her parents to Kiel, and on September 21, 1895, she was united in marriage to Alfred Zillmann of Rockville. The young couple then moved on the farm where Mrs. Zillmann passed away. Two children were born of this union.
The survivors are the husband, one daughter, Mrs. Thekla Wagner and one son, Clarence both of whom live at the parental home. Two grandchildren and the following named sisters and brothers also survive; Mrs. Philip Arnold, Mrs. Charles Raquet, who live near Kiel, Alfred Voland of Louis Corners, William Voland of Garnet, Frederick Voland of Rockville, Oscar Voland of the Town Mosel, Sheboygan County, and Phillip Voland of Milwaukee.
Funeral services will be held Monday at the farm home in Rockville, the Rev. E. L. Worthman, pastor of St. Peter Reformed Church of Kiel officiating. Burial will be in the family lot at the Rockville cemetery.
