Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Rev. Jimmie Ingram officiating.
The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, Chattanooga, TN.
