Frederick Bush

Frederick Bush, 59, of 321 Giddings Place, St. Louis, passed away Tuesday, Oct 29, at the Gratiot Community Hospital in Alma as the result of having suffered a heart attack. Mr. Bush was born Sept. 26, 1915 in St. Louis, the son of Josephine Dawson and Frederick G. Bush. On Nov. 12 1943 in St. Louis, he was united in marriage to Jean Hall, also of St. Louis. He had been a life-long resident of this area, having owned and operated the Bush Dairy in St. Louis for more than 30 years. For the past eight years he had been employed by the Sani-Seal Dairies, Inc. in Bay City.

Surviving are his wife, Jean; two daughters, Mary at home, Mrs. Timothy (Rachel) Musselman of Mt. Pleasant; 4 sons, Fred, John, Kenneth, all of St. Louis, James at home; his mother, Mrs. Josepphine Bush of St. Louis; 3 sisters, Mrs. Donald (Annabelle) Morrow of St. Louis, Mrs. Peter (Burnice) Cicinelli of Detroit, Mrs. James (Madeline) Roberson of Ithaca; one brother, Howard of St. Louis and 5 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday, Nov 1, at 1pm from the Carter Funeral Home in St. Louis. Mr. Henry McAdams of St. Louis officiated and interment was at the Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Louis.
