She married Jasper Massey.
Her parents were John S. Reece, who
died in 1864 as a prisoner in the Civil War and Mary
Ann (Polly) Eaton. Mary Ann married Jackson
Curtis after the death of her first husband.

They had 11 children: Mary Emma, Johnnie (died as an infant), Franklin (died as an infant), Algerine (died in late teens), Newton George, Sina Belle, Ollie W, Stella Martha, Lucinda Elizabeth, Bertha (died at age of 12) and Roscoe.
The 1860 census lists Elizabeth as a three-month old living with her parents in Big Flat, Arkansas. The 1900 census lists Elizabeth living in Beaver, Arkansas. She cannot read or write. She has had ten children, seven are living. Six children are living with Elizabeth and Jasper. In 1910, Elizabeth and family are now living on Long Creek, Arkansas. They own their mortgage free farm home. In 1920, Elizabeth and Jasper along with son, Rosco are living on Long Creek, Arkansas. She can now read and write. The 1940 census lists Elizabeth, as a widow, living with her son, Rosco, in Konawa, Oklahoma.

Elizabeth passed on July 26, 1947, in Rock Springs, Arkansas, at the age of 89, and is resting in the Landis Cemetery in Searcy, Arkansas.
She married Jasper Massey.
