ORA ''BROWNIE'' MAXWELL BROWN, 64, 425 Carolina Ave., St. Cloud, died Thursday. Born in Kittanning, Pa., he moved to St. Cloud from there in 1980. He was retired from the Army and the Pennsylvania State Police. He was a member of the Miller Lodge No. 769 F & AM, in Pennsylvania, and the Syria Temple of Pittsburgh. Survivors: wife, Willa; daughter, Linda Crabtree, Annapolis, Md.; son, Ora Stuart, St. Cloud; stepsons, William Shroyer, Weldon Shroyer, both of St. Cloud; stepdaughters, Willa Bell, Zita Short, both of St. Cloud; 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
