Reba Barbee

Reba Barbee of Catoosa, OK, 83, entered eternal life March 3, 2010 in Sapulpa, OK. She was born January 2, 1927 in Brooken, OK to Arthar and Earie (McClanahan) Madden. Reba married Cecil Edward Barbee January 1, 1944 in Whitefield, OK and together they created a beautiful family. A wonderful homemaker, Reba was a member of Catoosa Christian Center. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, embroidery, John Wayne and especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Reba was preceded in death by her son Jerry Donald Barbee and daughter Joyce Mae Barbee.

She is survived by her loving sons: Edward Eugene Barbee and his wife Barbara, David Allen Barbee and his wife Myrna, all of Catoosa, Jimmie Dale Barbee and his wife Sherry of Broken Arrow, OK; grandchildren: Josh, Jeff, Jon, Jason, Kenneth, Jared, Eddie, Clay, Misty and Shelly Barbee, Valerie McKay and Angela Vanderiet; numerous great-grandchildren; sisters: Mary and Flora; brother C.D.

Service: 10:30AM Saturday, March 6 at Catoosa Christian Center; interment: Whitefield Cemetery in Whitefield, OK.
