Funeral services for Robert Harmon, 55, were held at 1:30 p.m. today in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Monroe with the Rev. Vester Headrick, pastor of Lakeshore Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery Church near Chatham.

Mr. Harmon died at his residence, 1019 North 8th St., Monroe, late Saturday from an apparent heart attack.

A retired truckdriver, Mr. Harmon was a Monroe resident for 14 years.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ruby Harmon, Monroe; a grandson, W. D. Barrett of Monroe; a brother, Chester Harmon of West Memphis, Ark.; his mother, Mrs. Jackie Calloway of Gaines, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. Louise Collins of Grenada, Miss., and Mrs. Jasper Boyd of Sallisaw, Okla.
