Iva Grace, daughter of T. H. and Mary Hendricks, departed from this life September 20, 1899, age eleven years, nine months, twenty-six days. Almighty God in His divine providence has seen cause to remove from our midst, Gracie, a child of purity and innocence.
To her bereaved parents she was a flower of rare worth, and one of the family jewels. We mourn her loss, yet we rejoice to know that her spirit has taken its abode in her home beyond the pearly gates. She was a member of the Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian church.
