Thomas Newton Bramblett, 83, passed away on March 25, 2007.

Mr. Bramblett was born on September 9, 1923 in Demorest, Georgia. He was of the Pentecostal faith. Thomas retired from Robins Air Force Base where he worked in civil service as a machinist. With pride and honor, he also retired as a veteran of the Army and Air Force, serving during World War II and the Korean conflict. Mr. Bramblett also worked as a self employed paint contractor. His parents, Jewell Mabel Jordan Bramblett and Virgil N. Bramblett, daughter, Barbara Toth, son, Thomas N. Bramblett, Jr., all preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Nell Bramblett, Perry; daughters, Beverly Ashcroft, Fort Valley; Louise Scott (Marshall), Kathleen; Natasha Smallwood (Steven), Perry; brothers, J. J. Bramblett, T. P. Bramblett both of Eatonton; sisters, Grace Johnston, Biloxi, MS; Rose Omelia, Chester, PA; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 27, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2007, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery
