Miss Linda G. Gingrich, 36 of 124 N. Grant St., Waynesboro was pronounced dead at 4:06 p.m. Friday, Dec 1, in the Waynesboro Hospital of injuries suffered in a car-truck collision on Rt 316 seven miles north of Waynesboro.

Born Feb 19, 1953, in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of Harold N. Sr. and Dorothy A. (Albright) Gingrich of Rouzerville.

She lived all her life in Waynesboro and she was a 1971 graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School. She later attended Hagerstown Junior College.

Miss Gingrich had worked as a clerk in several local stores, and for 10 years, she was employed at Becker's Market in Rouzerville.

She was a member of the Waynesboro Church of the Brethren.

Miss Gingrich also was a member of the Mechanics Fire Co. Auxiliary.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by one brother and two sisters, Harold N. Gingrich Jr. of Greencastle, Mrs. Deborah K. Wallech of Hagerstown MD. and Jacqueline A. Lipscomb of Ranson, WV.

Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Grove Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. John L. Huffaker officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery.
